We stand ready to meet all of your service and support needs through our traditional parts and service offering, but also makes available a number of technical resources for customer use.
Customer Service ADVISOR™
Customer Service ADVISOR™ is a digital database of Operator, Diagnostic, and Technical manuals for John Deere products. This subscription allows users to connect to machines with an Electronic Data Link (EDL) to clear and refresh codes, take diagnostic readings, and perform limited calibrations.
Beginning in May, Customer Service ADVISOR will be available for customers and independent repair shops to purchase directly from John Deere through JohnDeereStore.com in the US.
Customer Service ADVISOR will also continue to be available via John Deere dealers.
Enhancements in 2023 will include the ability to remotely download secure software updates to embedded controllers.

Special Tools
Special tools that may be required to complete complex repairs on John Deere equipment are available for purchase by contacting your local Sloan Implement Service Department.

Access diagrams and parts information including, pricing and availability. Serial number specific equipment searches can be performed along with many other personal account management features!
