Don’t forget that the Sloan Support Team is here to help you this upcoming harvest season.   We can also help with those pre-harvest setup questions.

Calls made during our normal seasonal hours are FREE!!!

Our normal seasonal help line hours are as follows:

Monday-Friday:  7am-6pm

Saturday:  7am-3pm

Due to customer requests, we are continuing to offer our extended seasonal help line hours.  These calls will cost $50 per call.

Extended seasonal hours will be as follows:

Monday-Friday:  6pm-9pm

Saturday:  3pm-6pm

Sunday:  Noon-5pm

These extended hours calls will require you to leave a detailed voicemail stating your name, phone number, model number and a detailed description of the symptoms including any relevant trouble codes.  We will then call you back as soon as we can. Our targeted start date for seasonal hours is late August.  Please check our website and our blog closer to fall for an announcement on the exact date.

Please use this help line as your go to source for help.  We can generally get your questions answered faster than calling your local AMS/service person, with wait times averaging less than 30 seconds.
